Okay healthy eaters, CoreLife Eatery will be opening its newest Syracuse location later this month! The tentative opening date is November 29th, the day after Thanksgiving. The newest location will be in the Fairmount Fair Plaza next to Talbot's and Famous Footwear. CoreLife has 58 restaurants in 11 states. The chain opened a Syracuse location last year in DeWitt in the Marshall's Plaza.
In 2018, Restaurant Business named CoreLife as the nation's top up-and-coming chain. Patrons can choose from a menu that includes broth, grain and green bowls that can be supplemented with a variety of vegetables, proteins and other nutritious ingredients. Sounds good to me!
