Josh Rhoades is a major foodie, once he drove 5 hours one way to eat beef heart. He and his fiance are also the organizers of the Chef Challenge. They travel to local restaurants, give their chefs a limited list of ingredients and then they create a multi coarse meal with those ingredients.
I went to one of these challenges at Stone's Steakhouse and it was very good. I definitley ate things I never would have otherwise ordered.
