Oops! Sorry for the mistake! A Florida family recently woke up to the sounds of banging on their roof. Upon stepping outside, Pearl Northrup found workers taking the roof off her house. She called her landlord, Sarah Fritchery, to ask why she hadn’t warned them that the roof was going to be replaced. Fritchery told Pearl that she hadn’t contracted to have a new roof put on!
“I didn’t okay this,” Fritchery said. “They just came on our property and began ripping the roof off.” It seems that the workers from the NASTAR Roofing Company put the wrong address into their GPS. Owner, L.B. Skaggs, had his workers repair the damage done to the roof.
This story isn’t over yet! Northrup and Fritchery were not satisfied with the repair Skaggs’ employees performed. “I’m looking forward to meeting them tomorrow or whenever is convenient for them to make sure they’re happy,” Skaggs said. Hmmmm.. can we say “new roof?”
