Brooklyn Cavanaugh - Cicero North Syracuse High School
My name is Brooklyn Cavanaugh and I am a senior at CNS High School; I graduated early to start college in the spring but due to COVID-19 I decided to work instead of go to college early. I will be attending Le Moyne in the fall to pursue a Nursing career.I was on the Varsity Dance Team at CNS and we won our completion and SRC Arena and we also danced at our basketball games and the side lines at our Hockey Games. If I could give one tip for underclassmen it would be to do whatever makes you happy and don’t worry about what anyone thinks and have the best experience through high school because you will never get to attend it again.

I plan on attending Morrisville in the fall to study diesel mechanics.

Maddy Vandyke - West Genesee High School
I am Maddy Vandyke and I am a senior at West Genesee High School. My four years at West Genesee have made me the person I am today. I am so lucky to have been able to be apart of the soccer, volleyball, basketball and golf teams throughout high school. In addition to sports I was also an active member of the National Honor Society. Out side of school I have a passion for beach volleyball. I also had the opportunity to work at the Warrior Factory Syracuse my senior year. Although the year is not coming to end the way we all hoped, I am so grateful for the time I’ve had not only as a senior but every year spent at West Genesee. I made memories and friends I will never forget.
Next year I will be attending Florida Gulf Coast University which has been my dream school since 8th grade. I will be studying in the nursing program and then continuing my education in the physicians assistant school after that. In the future I hope to be a physicians assistant at a family doctors office.

She has worked hard, as every other student graduating 2020."
