Okay plant-based food lovers! Mars candy company is launching a vegan candy bar! The bar is called Galaxy and it will not contain any milk-based products! The company will launch the Galaxy candy bar in England, but it will be available to U.S. consumers via Amazon.
The bar will come in three flavors: Caramelized Hazelnut, Caramel and Sea Salt, and Smooth Orange. Sounds tasty! The problem Mars faced was getting the creamy texture without the milk, but the company feels that they have succeeded in doing so!
