Romano Auto Dealerships Holiday Hope Project Application Terms & Conditions:
· The Romano Auto Dealerships are awarding 10 local non-profit organizations $2,500 to help those in need during the Holiday season.
· No purchase or payment is necessary to fill out application or be selected to receive an award/donation.
· All organizations applying/nominated must be 501 (c) (3) registered.
· Application must be filled out by an officer or case manager with the organization.
· All organizations receiving a donation will need to honor “Donor Intent,” putting all donation funds awarded towards helping those in need locally, and not towards any administrative costs.
· No applications submitted will be considered after December 11, 2019 at 11:59pm.
· It is understood that award selection decisions are subjective. Criteria that will be considered includes:
- The organizations’ ability and impact on helping local individuals or families in need.
- The organizations’ ability to honor donor intent.
- The organizations’ ability to use the donation locally.
· Awards/Donations will be presented in check form to the organizations’ Officer or Case Manager
· Multiple applications/nominations does not increase chance of receiving award.
