Pep rallies before big games have always been a high school tradition. The are full of energy, school spirit, and enthusiasm. The students at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida are no different. Except at their latest pep rally when something extraordinary happened!
As the dance team was close to finishing their routine, Father Ricardo Rivera, a Theology teacher at the school, made his way to the floor. He stood in front of the dance team, turned around, and began to lead the team in a dance number that threw the students in the gym into hysteria!
Father Rivera’s routine was a surprise to everyone except the dance team and it’s coach. I bet no one knew he could “boogie” so good! The video has gone viral, but in case you haven’t seen it, check it out below!
