Whew! He must be tired! A British radio host became a Guinness World Record holder recently when he was able to name 27 Taylor Swift songs in just one minute. Now before everyone says “big deal,” there is one catch - he did it by listening to just the first lyric of the song!
Dan Simpson, who hosts a show called Fun Kids Radio, completed the record by quickly shouting out the song’s title after a third party official read the first lyric to him. Guinness World Records was there to authenticate the results. Simpson readily admits that he is a Taylor Swift fan. Who would have guessed!
Simpson said that he listened to Swift’s entire music catalogue for a month before he entered the “Taylor Swift Guinness World Record Lyric Challenge.” Guess it paid off, right?
