There Is Going To Be A Full Moon On Friday The 13th? Yes, There Will Be!

Be sure not to walk under any ladders, break any mirrors, or run into any black cats this Friday. It’s Friday the 13th PLUS there will be a rare full moon on that date! Heaven forbid!

According to the Farmer’s Almanac, the last time a full moon occurred on a Friday the 13th was on October 13, 2000. It won’t happen again until August 13, 2049. The Almanac states that this type of occurrence happens about once every 20 years.

While the moon won’t be completely full until 12:32 am on the 14th in the Eastern Time Zone, the moon will be completely full in the other time zones on the 13th. However, it’s close enough for superstitious people like me! Take care!
