Naps are pretty good for your productivity during the day, and scientists have figured out how to best utilize your short term sack-out time.
10 minutes is pretty much all you need for a quick jumpstart.
If you need a little more, go up to 60 minutes. An hour of napping is very beneficial.
And if you want a full restart, go for 90 minutes. That's a full sleep cycle, and you should feel great afterwards.
