Buffalo, NY - The state Public Service Commission is giving people three chances this week to comment on the Time Warner Cable and Comcast merger proposal.

Informational forums and public statement hearings are being held Mondays evening at the SUNY Buffalo Student Union, Wednesday evening at SUNY Albany, and Thursday evening in New York City. Comments may also be sent by mail, email or on a toll free opinion line. The commission must determine whether the proposed merger is in the best interests of Time Warner Cable's New York customers and the state.
