A Syracuse man entered a guilty plea to the murder of a man he found in his estranged wife's bedroom.

George Alfred admitted in court that he shot Corey Hill once in the head, then twice in the back, when he found Hill inside the house of Tanya Alfred in June of 2013.  Alfred kidnapped his wife and took her to Pennsylvania before letter her go.  Alfred claims he was under extreme emotional distress.  Alfred made the admission just before his trial was to begin.  He will be sentenced at a later date.
