Governor Andrew Cuomo was in New Hartford to share the details of the state's Flood Recovery Program.

Homeowners and businesses who have been impacted by the recent flooding are being urged to apply for a share of $16 million in available state aid. The aid will be available in multiple counties to help affected families pay for their losses after federal individual emergency assistance was denied. The state's program provides for grants to homeowners for up to $31,900 for repairs. Farmers may be eligible for as much as $50,000.
